Leukemia & Lymphoma Society’s

Man & Woman of the Year Campaign

Every four minutes, someone in our country is diagnosed with a blood cancer. Since 1949, the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has worked to create a world where no one has to fear a diagnosis of leukemia, lymphoma, Hodgkin’s disease or myeloma. In that time, LLS has raised $1.2 billion and supported dozens of treatments that have seen life expectancy increase as much as four times. But the work isn’t done until we’ve eradicated these diseases. Researchers are testing the next generation of targeted treatments that can cure these diseases. The cure is within reach, we’re almost there, but this research takes money. Help us get there, so no child, like our Honored Heroes Bodhi and Holly, never have to live with this devastating diagnosis.

SINCE 1949, Leukemia & Lymphoma Society has raised

No child should have to deal with the pain of a cancer diagnosis. Together we can create a world where no child will.
